Well the gym routine has been instigated with membership for six months and an exercise plan set out, next week i have a session with a personal trainer to devise a more specific needs based plan though, over four sessions i aim to establish good technique and help with a health and fitness routine.

Well today is the day I venture to the shops to investigate a slow cooker that is on sale at Target.

There are heaps of sites on the internet that show how to use a slow cooker and proivde numerous recipes too,

so here is to a future where there is more to life than the microwave.
